Keane has been on my veryvery heavy rotation during these last few weeks – I think it is the perfect music to backup my 3D rendering at work. One thing is for sure – this Keane lover will be rocking her heart out at the Circus here in Helsinki on the 18th of July. Summer!

As a small thank you note to a new friend for yesterday´s magnetic, gasping, full of visual and audio stunners of Mr. Vertigo at the Finnish National Theatre, here is a video of flying.
I must say, Kristian Smeds and his crew are absolutely fierce and the whole experience will sit with me for a long time. If Walt was Mr. Auster´s wonder boy, I think Mr. Smeds is also one of those himself, at least for the Finnish theatre. All my expectations were very high but last night topped everything.
One thing I was thinking was the director´s super status in this country: The National Theatre´s main auditorium accommodates normally 600 viewers, but yesterday, we 200, did not sit down where one would normally do. Instead, we sat down to the actual stage, to a rotating set, and were spoiled by the scenic and truly magical view towards the empty main auditorium of the Finnish National Theatre.

Bike Friends
When in doubt – go with gold. My friends ride must be one of the coolest ones in town.
A very nice weekend to everyone – there are currently so many nice things happening here. One place where you would seldomly have a chance to visit is the Jätkasaari Bunker. Until the 16th of May you can both visit the bunker and see all the stage 1 competition entries of the Central Library architectural competition.
Taking my friend and my bike, and, definitely going there.

Last Friday my trainer Sami (here in the video) introduced me to kettlebell juggling. I must say – going to the gym is so last season, training outside with kettlebells is really the thing: it´s both intense workout, and, a lot of fun (at least once you stop worrying about your safety and just let loose). I can´t help thinking the amount of pure strength my trainer has (and this strength really saturates from his whole being). To me it is just unbelievable that these kettlebells he keeps juggling like balls are in fact 16kg each.
And why am I doing this then – well, it is a really great way to get in a super shape as it really forces your whole body to be awake every second. And super shape is the only way to go apparently as the intense training program my trained has made me is… well, intense.
I really have the end of the spring / starting of the summer feeling in my heart – and of course that feeling includes also the starting of my bike season. So today we had a bike workshop with my friend who ended up fixing, washing and putting all kind of goodies (oils and vaseline) in my Pelago. What did I do… well, I did prepare us food…
